Installation & programming

1. Deflate tyre, remove the wheel and unbolt the old TPMS sensor.
2. Install each new sensor, ensure sealing surfaces and valve cores are correctly seated.
3. Tighten to the recommended torque to avoid leaks and re-balance the wheel.
4. Refit wheels and drive above 15 mph to allow sensors to register automatically.
5. If any sensor is not recognised, run the vehicle's TPMS relearn for each wheel position.
6. Use an OBD-II TPMS programmer only if the relearn procedure does not register the sensor IDs.

Troubleshooting

• Confirm tyre pressures are set to manufacturer values if warning lamp persists.
• Check mounts and torque of each sensor; replace sealing washer if needed.
• Ensure all sensors are the correct OE part and frequency (315 MHz).
• Clear TPMS fault codes in the ECU and recheck after a short drive.
