Installation

  1. Remove the tyre, deflate it fully and take the old sensor off the wheel.
  2. Fit the new sensor and tighten it to the torque recommended for that vehicle.
  3. Reinflate the tyre, balance the wheel and refit it.
  4. Drive for several minutes at 15 mph (24 km/h) or more so the sensor can register.
  5. If the car does not see the sensor, run the TPMS relearn procedure. An OBD tool can write the new sensor ID if relearn does not finish.
  6. Install the new sensor on the rim and tighten it to the manufacturer-recommended torque.
  7. Drive the vehicle for several minutes at 15 mph (24 km/h) or more to allow the sensor to register automatically.
  8. If your vehicle's ECU does not recognise the sensor, run the TPMS relearn procedure in the vehicle's settings.
  9. As a last resort, use an OBD-II TPMS programming tool to force-write the new sensor ID to the ECU.

Notes

  • Quantity: 4 pre-programmed TPMS sensors.
  • 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects and sensor battery failure.
  • Sensors usually register after a short drive. If the warning stays on, run the relearn procedure or write the sensor ID with an OBD tool.
  • Compare the part number or measurement on your original part before ordering.
  • If the tyre-pressure warning lamp stays illuminated after installation, check that tyre pressures are set correctly and adjust by deflating or inflating as needed.
  • Ensure each sensor is installed at the correct torque and the seals are seated properly to prevent air leaks.
  • Verify that the part number and radio frequency (MHz) match your original sensors.
  • Clear any stored TPMS faults in the vehicle's ECU before driving.
  • If warnings persist, swap the wheel with another position to see if the issue follows the sensor, helping to identify a defective unit.
  • Sensors are pre-programmed for your vehicle; they usually self-register after installation. If your vehicle's ECU does not recognise the new sensor, run the relearn procedure and, if necessary, use an OBD tool to program the ID.
  • This package includes 4 pre-programmed TPMS sensors (one for each wheel).
