If you've lost or damaged your original locking wheel nut key, this replacement spline socket will allow you to remove your anti-theft nuts safely. Each factory locking nut has a unique spline pattern identified by a pattern code; choose a key with the same code and spline count. This replacement spline key removes factory locking wheel nuts on Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Volkswagen cars that use pattern 57 with a 12-point spline.

Installation

1. Match the pattern code on your existing key or locking bolt before you start.
2. Place the key over the locking bolt and make sure the pattern meshes fully.
3. Use a wheel brace or socket wrench to loosen or tighten the bolt. Do not use an impact wrench.
4. Store the key safely after use.
5. Match the pattern code and spline count on your existing key or locking nut.
6. Use a suitable wheel wrench to loosen or tighten the nut. Do not use impact tools.
