Locking wheel nut keys
I've lost my locking wheel nut key and the code. Can you still help?
Yes. Send us a clear photo of one locking bolt on WhatsApp (07581 836272) with your car's make, model and year. We match the pattern and tell you which key fits before you pay. It's free, and we usually reply within 30 minutes during opening hours.
How do I photograph the locking bolt?
Wipe the bolt clean and take the photo straight on, so the pattern fills most of the picture. Daylight, or a torch held at an angle, shows the grooves best. If there is a letter or number on the bolt head, make sure it is readable.
How do I know which key number or letter I need?
The code is stamped on the original key and printed on the code card that came with the car. Match it to the number or letter in the listing title. If you don't have either, send us a photo instead.
What if the key you matched doesn't fit?
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the key against the bolt. If we matched it from your photo and got it wrong, we arrange the return at no cost to you and send the right key or refund you.
Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, and we dispatch the same working day. Orders after 3pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out the next working day.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes. Choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for next-day delivery, or Special Delivery for a guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day. Free delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class, usually 2 to 3 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. The checkout price does not include import duty, VAT or the courier's handling fee in your country, which you may be asked to pay on delivery.
Returns
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused. Contact us first and we'll tell you the easiest way to send it back.
What if an item is faulty or not what I ordered?
Contact us before posting it back. We refund the price, any delivery charge and the cost of returning it, or send a replacement.
Ordering
Why buy here rather than on eBay?
It's the same seller and the same stock as our eBay shop, and ordering direct is usually cheaper.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Checkout is secure and we never see your full card details.
